Ratnapped!!!

Check out these happy ratties, and owners!

Jessica loves her Piglet.  Piglet loves being on your shoulder or anywhere that is the highest point from the ground.  He is very sweet.  And what a jumper!  He loves to run around and have fun.  Jessica thanks Ms. Tara for her Piglet.  They are the best of pals!

Damien is just crazy about his Stuart Little.  He is definitely the calmest of the bunch.  And boy does he like to eat!  He is the first to taste any new foods that I give them.  He loves to sleep on Damien.  Damien wears his jacket inside so Stuart Little can cuddle up and go to sleep in there.  He is definitely Damien’s Pocket Pet.  Thank you, Ms. Tara.  Stuart Little is Damien’s best Friend!

Emily and Bunny are so cute together.  Bunny keeps Emily busy.  He is so fast and he rarely sits still unless he’s alseep. Emily plays bridge with Bunny letting him go from one hand to another as fast as he can.  Emily thanks Ms. Tara for her Bunny.

First of all we want to say that ratties are cool !!  We adopted two brothers from ms. tara.  they are cute, like to play a lot and hide in our shirts. Norbert likes belly kisses and Dumbledore likes his belly to be rubbed and tickled.  They are the best pets we have. They are silly and lovable too.

willie.jpg (11866 bytes)We adopted a little cutie male rat from Tara a few months ago.  He is the most affectionate, crazy little guy I have ever met.  he loves everyone including our cats and dogs.  I couldn't have hoped for a more outgoing endearing boy.  When he isn't getting love he is running and I mean running about with energy like the energizer bunny!!!  He was born with one working eye and it doesn't faze him a bit, in fact he does things twice from both sides so he doesn't miss anything.  My husband and I are absolutely smitten with our little Willie.  As soon as we have more room for more babies I am definitely contacting Tara's rattery for another gutsy cutie.

She does a great job finding the perfect little baby to fit what you are looking for.  willie1.jpg (3806 bytes)

Thanks for our little angel/devil,

Modi, Tyr, and Frey are the sweetest little ratties! Modi is my special little guy because he has a rough start as the runt of the litter, but he is doing great now! He holds his own with the other 4 guys who are all much bigger than he is. He will always hold a special place in my heart. Tyr is a rough and tumble guy. He is kind of a loner, but doesn't mind being held and loved. Frey is the monster of the bunch! He is a "jumbo" as Tara told me and is already the biggest rat in the cage. He is a SWEETIE, though. Don't let his size fool you - he is a softie at heart. All the guys are beautiful colors (platinum and russian blue), and I love them all. Thanks Tara!!!!!!

Thanks,  Danna Pearsall, KY

Leah is indeed a great and healthy rat. Perhaps her most outstanding characteristic is her relationship with her roommate Rivka. The two girls constantly groom and play-fight with each her. Leah also loves shoulder-riding and having her ears scratched, though she is not so enthusiastic about belly rub as some rats I might name.   Thanks, Michael Lewyn, PA

Leah
hooded (but mostly white)
born 10-21-02
Likes Shoulder rides and being left alone; when my real estate agent visited a few mos ago Rivka ran up her dress while Leah ran and hid in the closet
Dislikes being manhandled for more than a couple of minutes"

Violet3.jpg (27881 bytes)Violet is a strange one. Her favorite thing to do when she comes out is stare over the side of the bed forviolet.jpg (27796 bytes) at least 30 minutes. She is very neurotic I guess you could say. She is really nervous and jumps at and loud or strange noise but then again she knows that she shouldn't be overreacting so she calm down quickly. She and Minnie fought all the time when I first got them, I guess because they are so different. They wouldn't even sleep together for the first few months but now they are snugglers. She likes to have certain places for certain things, like a piece of paper can't be near the door when it's time to come out, she just can't have it. She is totally hyper and will never stand still, it's hard to get pictures of her. She's a good girl though. She can't help it if she need a valium. minihangin.jpg (65966 bytes)

minnie_pose.jpg (11839 bytes)Miss Minnie Pearl:  I don't know what color to call Minnie. She is a Berk but in certain light she looks kinda silvery chocolate like. Minnie loves people and take every opportunity to climb up on and under everyone's clothes until she gets some kind of attention, good or bad. She can be bad, very, very bad. She gets into everything, chews on everything, picks fights with us and her sister but she is so cute with her little black eyes and heart that it's easily over looked. She will sit on her shelf and stare at me for hours, I can't figure out if she wants to be near me or if she is looking for a weakness to use against me. Did I mention that she was cute? Really she is a good girl, she is starting to hold still for more than ten seconds for petting so I think she will turn out ok. I can't get her to use the litter box though. As you will see from the attached pictures she is a poser unlike her sister.

mattrats.jpg (135988 bytes)     We got two brother rats form Tara and named them Frodo and Sam because their father was named          Bilbo. They are very sweet, playful and healthy. They always want to be together and their favorite          thing is cuddling in our shirts! If you think these rats come from just a pet shop, you’re wrong---they          came from a very good home where they all get lots of great care and attention. We’ve never seen          someone love rats so much as Tara!

My three boys.jpg (28312 bytes)Oscar and Oggie are wonderful little guys and very healthy, and I couldn't be happier with them.
They are so much fun and so funny to watch. Tara has been very helpful and patient when I had questions, too, these being my first ratties, and if/when I am ready for more, I will contact her first.
